William Pilkington of House of Prayer Christian Church’s Testimony

Pastor William Pilkington of House of Prayer Christian Church or otherwise known as HOPCC, has been a licensed minister of House of Prayer since 2004. He is happily married to Jennifer Pilkington since 2001. Will Pilkington was the pastor of the Assembly of Prayer Christian Church in Killeen, Texas, 2004-2015.  After their tenure in Killeen, TX the Pilkington’s moved to Hinesville, GA, to help labor at HOPCC Hinesville. House of Prayer is an outstanding church with great ministries, and it is known as the Place of Help. The church teaches straight from the Holy Bible, imparting to men and women the way, the truth, and the life. House of Prayer Hinesville is a church that is full of love for your neighbor, ministering to the poor and needy, and bringing hope, from the street corner, to around the world. All the HOPCC church members are cared for very well in the church.  All of the children have many good mentors that are there for them to help raise them up in the right ways, and prepare them for life’s challenges.

In 2017 William Pilkington of House of Prayer Christian Church and his wife Jennifer Pilkington had the privilege of going on a HOPCC missionary journey to Israel. They stayed in a Catholic monastery on the top of the Mount of Olives in Bethphage. The nuns took very good care of the whole missionary group. Throughout the time in Israel, William Pilkington of House of Prayer Christian Church went to many notable places, such as the Western Wall, also known as Hakotel. The Western Wall is one of the most sacred places for Jews, people line up along the wall to pray.  Furthermore, people place written prayers into the cracks and crevices of the wall. The House of Prayer missionary team also went to the Upper Room, David’s Tomb, and walked throughout the Old City. Many of the HOPCC missionaries said that it took them back thousands of years.  Williams and Jennifer Pilkington traveled extensively throughout Jerusalem, Mount Carmel, Tel Aviv, Palestine, Shiloh and Beersheba.  The experiences for William Pilkington of House of Prayer Christian Church are strong and deep. There are people that were met in Israel that the HOPCC missionaries keep in contact with, send gift packages, finances, and most of all lift up their name to the throne of God in prayer.

Ps 48:1 to  14:  Great is the LORD, and most worthy of praise, in the city of our God, his holy mountain.  Beautiful in its loftiness, the joy of the whole earth, like the heights of Zaphon is Mount Zion, the city of the Great King.  God is in her citadels; he has shown himself to be her fortress.  When the kings joined forces, when they advanced together, they saw her and were astounded; they fled in terror.  Trembling seized them there, pain like that of a woman in labor.  You destroyed them like ships of Tarshish shattered by an east wind.  As we have heard, so we have seen in the city of the LORD Almighty, in the city of our God: God makes her secure forever.  Within your temple, O God, we meditate on your unfailing love.  Like your name, O God, your praise reaches to the ends of the earth; your right hand is filled with righteousness.  Mount Zion rejoices, the villages of Judah are glad because of your judgments. Walk about Zion, go around her, count her towers, consider well her ramparts, view her citadels, that you may tell of them to the next generation.  For this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide even to the end.
